Are you saved? Am I saved? How can we know for sure? Yes, we can know that we belong to Jesus, and we don't have to rely on our fluctuating feelings. The Apostle John gave us some tests that we can use for that. We may be shocked at the things John does not consider to be marks of authenticity; our baptism as a baby, church membership, or even responding to an altar call at a crusade. His first test has to do with our conduct.
