The kind of God you serve will determine the kind of person you become. If your God is generous, you'll develop confidence in His grace, and become a giver, yourself. If your God is faithful, that will cultivate faithfulness in you. In Daniel, Chapter 6 the prophet is serving a new king, but the same Lord. And he serves both well. And that gets him in trouble.
