We can't sail through life without conflict. But we can pick the right fight. We human beings fight for approval, respect, power. We struggle to "get ahead" or to "change the world." Paul was able to say, at the end of his life, that he had "fought the good fight." And that is one of the five qualifications for the "Crown of Righteousness" that we should all be contending for.
