Unity is a tricky thing. If you look up "unity" in the dictionary you'll find descriptors like "oneness" - and also words like "harmony." One definition excludes anything with distinct elements; other definitions require distinct elements to create the "accord" of unity. So Christians aren't making things up when we insist that God's oneness is the second kind of unity: unity of plurality. Today we'll find even more scriptures that display that truth.
