"You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to Myself." I opened with a quote from Exodus 19, which is a bit further on in our study. But it reveals the flight from Egypt from God's perspective. He's bringing the children of Israel to a place, no doubt. But primarily He's calling them to Himself.
