How does Peter go out? Teaching. Peter leaves this world not crying or complaining, but exhorting and encouraging those who would carry on. If the word "legacy" has lost its meaning through misuse, we can say that Peter is still shaping the future as he's dying. And that's a good pattern for us. Today we'll conclude this sermon about Peter's example - and we'll think about those who go the other way. What is the future experience of those who live for themselves?
