"Judge not, that you be not judged." It's the favorite saying of Christ among those who don't want to come under the rulership of Christ: "Judge not." But of course it can't mean that we shouldn't call sin, "sin." A few sentences later Jesus tells his followers, "Don't cast your pearls before swine" - requiring us to discern the holy from the unholy, and the worthy from the unworthy. We're continuing our quick survey of the Sermon on the Mount, in Matthew's Gospel. Jim's new sermon is called Building a Life Worthy.
